Delivery costs will depend on your location. The Calculate Shipping button in the shopping cart will estimate this fee once you have put the products in the cart you wish to order. This will allow you to add or remove items in relation to postage costs.

Delivery times are approximate and do not include weekends.

If your delivery is needed urgently or within a specific time frame please contact us ASAP to ensure your parcel will arrive before your event. Either leave a note on your order, email us at sales@kustomdesigns.com.au

Parcels shipped out by Kustomdesigns.com.au  to Australian addresses will have online tracking and your email address will be used for this, you will receive emails notifying you of your parcels destination. They will require a signature by the addressee unless you advise authority to leave. This is at your own risk, as we cannot be responsible if this is the case and a parcel is lost. If the Courier deems the property not safe to leave a parcel it will be taken back to the courier depot and a  calling card left. You will need to arrange an alternate delivery day with the contact details left on the card.

Orders are shipped as soon as printing has been completed – We do endeavour to have your coolers dispatched within 14 days from payment date, however if we experiance delays in the printing process we will let you know via email.. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal and Afterpay. If you would like to use Direct Deposit, please email us at sales@kustomdesigns.com.au Mastercard, Visa and Paypal are immediate providing there are enough funds in your account. If you choose Paypal echeque, it can take up to 5 days to be processed. If there are any problems with payment please email us.

Please keep an eye out for your parcel or a Calling Card in the letterbox. A Calling Card is left if the delivery could not be left safely at your address, please follow the instructions on the Calling Card. In some cases ID for proof of addressee will be required.

Orders are shipped from our Brisbane store.

If the delivery has not arrived in a reasonable time frame please contact us to check the tracking of your parcel or you can do so via the link you are sent in your tracking emails. Please give us an email address you check regularly.

  • Sydney – 3-4 days
  • Melbourne – 4-5 days
  • Adelaide – 4-5 days
  • Perth – 5-7 days
  • Darwin – 6-8 days
  • Express Post takes 1 to 3 days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer. No delivery times are guaranteed. Delivery is within Australia only.


If there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. We are easy going, practical Australians that are very approachable and appreciate mistakes are made.  All our products are of excellent quality that are checked prior to delivery. Please choose carefully as we cannot refund or accept returns after proof has been accepted, payment received and the printing process has been started.

If you have given a wrong address, we pay for ‘return to sender’ without notice from Australia Post so for us to resend your order we will have to charge for postage again.

Kustomdesigns.com.au will not share your details with any party not associated with the delivery of your order.

Your credit card details will not be stored at all. We use Square Payment Gateway off site as our credit card processing facility.

We use SSL Security to protect your details during the Checkout process.

We will not send any unsolicited email to your inbox or share your contact details with anyone outside of the order and delivery process. The emails we do send will be in regards to any questions or the progress on your order. If you have subscribed to the Kustomdesigns.com.au email newsletter you will receive regular updates. Approximately 1 email a month. You may opt to subscribe and unsubscribe to our Email Newsletter when creating an account with us.
